Tracee Murphy is the CEO and Principal Designer of Trade Mark Interiors, a multi-million-dollar interior design firm, and the visionary behind The Designer Launch.

Known as The Design Biz Therapist, Tracee draws on her unique academic background—a degree in interior design and a degree in psychology—to elevate the way people connect with their spaces. Her Plans to Pillows® process reflects her deep understanding of how environment and mindset intersect, enabling her to create interiors that are both stylish and nurturing.

A licensed interior designer in Florida, she’s an engaging speaker and workshop leader, dedicated to mentoring interior designers in growing both their businesses and creative skill sets. Tracee’s passion lies in uniting the design community, fostering collaboration, and elevating industry standards.

When she’s not busy overseeing new projects or teaching the psychology of interior design, Tracee loves traveling the world, walking the beach, and savoring life by the water. You can often find her two dogs, George Washington and Sophie Jo, by her side at the TMI Design Studio. Through every project, class, and talk, Tracee’s mission remains the same: to empower designers and clients alike by blending creativity, psychology, and a nurturing approach to living beautifully.
