Unlike standard online CEU modules, Tracee’s live programs are intentionally designed to be interactive, practical, and transformative, with discussion, application, and real-world problem-solving built in. Each engagement is tailored to the group's audience, environment, and business goals.
Tracee offers keynote presentations, curated panels and workshops, showroom experiences, leadership retreats, and brand education sessions, delivered in person or virtually, with content customized to fit the context and culture.
In addition, she is available to teach IDCEC-approved CEU courses, which deliver the kind of practical, high-impact insights that draw designers to events, deepen engagement, and create value for showrooms, brands, and associations.

Biophilic and mindful design principles
How psychology helps designers become more profitable, fulfilled, and effective
Conflict management & repair in high-stakes design projects
Using psychology to prevent burnout and building emotional resilience as a creative
The importance of relationships with vendors, realtors, and builders

Yes. While Tracee’s approach is rooted in the psychology of interior design, her training is highly relevant for both designers and the teams who support them. Sales staff, marketers, and showroom employees gain valuable insight into how designers think, how clients make decisions, and how to better connect your products to real customer needs. Topics like conflict management, burnout, and the psychology of color help teams communicate more effectively, articulate product benefits with greater clarity, and build stronger relationships with designers and buyers.
